Working with queer folks seeking to understand their true identity and find comfort and confidence in their own skin is a part of my work that I absolutely love.
Individual sessions are offered for adolescents and adults, at an out-of-network rate of $165/50 minutes or $180/80 minutes. Superbills will be provided monthly upon request, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. It is recommended to verify OON coverage prior to starting therapy.
Those looking to feel more connected to their body, working through depressive symptoms, and/or wanting to kickstart some healthy movement to start feeling stronger, building confidence, and creating positive momentum.
Individual supervision rates are $110/50 minutes, group rates are $65/hour. Current group offerings are biweekly Monday mornings at 9a.
Physical fitness / healthy movement has been shown to support individuals struggling with mental/physical health concerns including: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, anger management, and self esteem.
My approach to fitness is less "go hard, punish your body" and more "how can I feel strong and healthy and comfortable in my own skin?"

Fitness is private pay and can be done as a supplement to traditional talk therapy or as a stand-alone. Rates are $70 per 30 minutes or $120 per hour, and can be done virtually or in-person.
Supervision for DC LGPC's seeking independent licensure (LPC) is also available for those who already have a primary supervisor. I'll work with your primary to ensure you get credit for our supervision hours. This can be helpful for those who are pacing to reach their clinical hours requirement and would like additional supervision to reach their supervision hours requirement for licensure. We can discuss anything from caseload to business practices to therapeutic techniques.
