Although I work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and eating-related disorders, I specialize in working with those interested in better understanding themselves. Through years of working with individuals struggling with gender, sexual, professional, racial/ethnic, and religious identities, I've recognized just how critical truly knowing oneself is the foundation to living a more full life.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of how they want to define themselves. This is achieved through providing a client-centered environment while creating a treatment plan to move you toward feeling more self-love. I use solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and narrative techniques to help clients feel more comfortable and capable in their own skin.
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, better understand yourself, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
As you are more an expert on "you," my role is to help you pave your own path to creating the next chapters of your life.
